Greer, S.C. — Greer High School football sits at 3-4 overall and 0-2 in region play after a 0-48 home loss to Gaffney on Oct. 9, with a city rivalry date against Riverside High School still ahead on Oct. 30.

MaxPreps lists the Yellow Jackets next at Wade Hampton on Oct. 16 at 7:30 p.m. Greer ranks 130th in the South Carolina MaxPreps table this week after the Gaffney shutout at Greer HS Stadium.

The On3 Greer at Riverside board projects a one-point edge for Greer at 35-34 with Greer at 52 percent win probability and Riverside at 48 percent, framing the late-October game as a toss-up between the Yellow Jackets and Warriors.
